Metrie

Description

I was hired on contract to two develop two sections and a core piece of functionality for the new re-design of the Metrie website. The first section was the ‘How-To’ section which was a tutorial section of the site. I developed the front end layout using jQuery masonry and isotope, and built a custom post with multiple meta-data taxonomy fields. The second section of the site was the ‘Get Inspired’ area. The core functionality was the favorite bar at the bottom of the page. This was tricky, and I built this out by storing a large jSon array in a custom field on the user profile page. Very neat.
