    Hi Evan,
Thanks for a great plugin and icon sets.
The plugin had a recent update available (v3.1.1), so I updated it on my site.
But then the icon set I had disappeared, and now when I try to import the icomoon.zip file I get the attached error:
There was a problem with the file you uploaded. Make sure that you're uploading a .zip file from icomoon. If you're still having issues, please contact support.

I thought maybe I needed to download a new set, so I did this but the error occurs with the new zip file as well.
    What could be wrong here?

    Many thanks
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

That error generally occurs when the file structure of the zip isn’t set up properly, and it can’t find the correct files to unzip. Are you able to send me over a copy of the custom pack so I can take a look?

You can contact me through the contact form on this site. Once I respond, just attach the .zip and I’ll take a look.

    Evan

I am having the exact same issue. Is there insight on what resolved this issue?

Are you downloading the icons via the Safari browser by chance?
