That is correct – we are currently in the process of transitioning over to https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com, under a different company name. This was done with the intention of splitting up my personal work with my company work. I’d rather not have them residing in the same location, as it gets a bit confusing.
Before migrating over to the new site, I transferred over all customer info, including licenses so you should have an account there – but didn’t disable the plugins here so people would still receive updates.
If you want to email me through the contact page here on the site, I’ll be glad to investigate things for you.
In the meantime, you should still be able to connect to this site to receive updates for Timeline Express.
You can add the following code snippet into your theme’s functions.php file, to enable updates from this site instead of the other.
I did do a quick check on my end and see that you are listed on the new site with the old purchase associated with your account. So you should be able to log in and re-download the product. It could be a caching thing, which I have also gone ahead and reset site wide. I also went ahead and made sure that your license key is still valid until January 5th, 2018.
If you can log in to https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/account/ you should see your associated purchase, where you can download the latest release and any associated invoices. If you still are not seeing it please let me know. Everything looks good on my end so it should be working for you as well.
