I get the following error when I try to install the Pro version:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CASE in /home/content/19/4402519/html/_sites/gunsandammo/wp-content/plugins/svg-vector-icons-pro/public/partials/wp-svg-icons-container-shortcode.php on line 1

I deactivated the regular version. Should I remove it completely?

    Hi Shawn,

Did you have any luck getting this resolved? You should uninstall the free version fully before installing the pro version. The error you mention though doesn’t appear to be related to the two plugins being installed at the same time. I’m wondering if there is an issue or something larger at hand.

    Please let us know!

    Thanks,
    Evan

Unfortunately, I still get an error message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CASE in /home/content/19/4402519/html/_sites/gunsandammo/wp-content/plugins/svg-vector-icons-pro/public/partials/wp-svg-icons-container-shortcode.php on line 1

    Any suggestions?

I’m not sure what’s on that line. The only times I’ve seen that error are when the code gets all jumbled onto a single line.

Can you try re-downloading the latest version? Up in the navigation select ‘My Account’. From there you should be able to re-download a copy. If you’re still having issues feel free to use the contact form up in the navigation to get in touch with me. We can discuss via email so I can take a look at what the issue might be on your site.

    Thanks,
    Evan
