    I’m new to this plugin. Just tried installing it on two different test sites (one established, one brand new). Am seeing this error message pop up on a blank white page frequently:
    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1356”

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Caitlin,

    I’ve actually run into that exact error with the latest update of Jetpack.

    Do you happen to have Jetpack active on your site? I haven’t seen this error with Timeline Express though.

    We have resolved this issue with the latest releases of both Timeline Express and WP SVG Icons. There was an issue with the plugin updater class being loaded to early.

    We moved our class later in the plugin initialization, so the issue so no longer be persistent.

    Let me know if you’re still having issues and we can figure out what’s going on.

    Hi Chiara,

    It sounds like you’re trying to activate the free version along with the pro version. If you want to install the pro version, you first need to unisntall the free version. They use many of the same functions (and names), so only one may be active at the same time.
