Timeline Express Animations using safari on ipad

    Hi,
    We have been a very satisfied customer of timeline-express plugin. Until just now, when we discovered that the animations do not work on an ipad mini using safari (or other Apple m/c).
    When I check the option “Disable Timeline Animations?” all the announcements appear on the ipad. However, with this option off i.e. with animations on, only the top announcement shows.
    We are using the following versions:
    a) Production – timeline-express version 1.2.8.1 on WordPress version 4.6.3
    b) Development – timeline-express version 1.3.7 on WordPress version 4.7
    The results are the same on both environments.

    We like the animation feature and do not want switch it off.

    I have searched on google and have not come across any suggestions for this issue.

    Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    PS: We have tested this using chrome on the ipad and the announcements do not show at all, only the vertical bar shows.
