Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS) in /home/a1advent/public_html/www.socialbuddy.net/wp-content/plugins/svg-vector-icons-pro/admin/partials/walker/wp_svg_icons_custom_walker.php on line 1

Please help me out with this. Looks like a great plug in but when I try to activate it, this happens.

    Hi Jack,

What version of PHP is your server running? It sounds like your server may be running an older version of PHP that is not supported here. These forums are rather inactive these days, if you need additional help don’t hesitate to use the contact form to reach out to me.

Hey there Evan, it’s Jack. You had told me to reach out to you here rather than the forums.

I’m on PHP version 5.6.31. Is that supported?

P.s. I was going to use the contact form as you mentioned, but I couldn’t get pass the captcha lol. Not sure if it’s bugged or i’m just bad at captchas.

Hey Marcus, updating up a PHP version from my previous version (5.6.31) fixed the issue for me.

I think you could get the zip plug in from your account page: Account > Purchase History Tab > View Details And Downloads. Hope this helps!

    Hey Jack and Marcus,

I just went ahead and resolve the weird issue with the captcha. Not sure what that was about, but regenerating my captcha keys and re-adding the field to the site got things working again. Sorry about that!

If you are still encountering the same issues, please don’t hesitate to use the contact form and we can get things resolved.

    Best,
    Evan
