Only display the user uploaded video, not entire channel video content

    Hi Evan,

    Excellent plugin!

    Is there any mechanism for restricting the uploads per user so that a user can only embed the video they’ve uploaded?

    Hi Tristan,

    There is actually no way built into the YouTube API to limit videos based on the user who uploaded it.

    I’ve had a few clients in the past implement different methods for limiting the visibility of the videos. These were custom integrations that I had to implement my self. It involved adding tags to videos based on the user who was uploading it, and then limiting the results returned by the API based on the tags of the videos.
