Custom Icon Import not working

    Hi there,

    I’ve followed the steps in the how-to to a T but I get the same error: There was a problem with the file you uploaded. Make sure that you’re uploading a .zip file from icomoon.

    I am on a mac and compress the file before upload so that it is a zip file but it just isn’t working.

    Can someone please help?

    hi,

    i am experiencing an issue with the uploading of my svg icon.

    i have managed to import it in to custom section,but there is no name in the shortcode so when i attempt to insert in page,it doesnt accept.

    please advise?
